Getting Started
Critical to establishing long-term partnerships with our clients is ensuring that the Start-Up of your new program anticipates and addresses all coordination issues. We assign a Shield Transition Team to provide leadership from Day One. The team develops and follows a written plan with clearly established goals and objectives that you have approved in advance.
Our Transition Planning Program includes interface with your existing provider, client-approved ‘dress rehearsals’ to practice the changeover, as well as on-going close supervision and evaluation meetings with the client, and the beginning of our quality control process.
